Italy, Curated by Hand.
Not by Algorithm.
We reject the transactional nature of modern tourism in favor of forensic local knowledge and personal accountability.
Small by Design.
In an era of global travel conglomerates and AI-generated itineraries, we have chosen a different path.
Depth over Breadth.
Our roots are deeply Italian, and our standards are uncompromising. We do not sell volume; we sell seamlessness, privacy, and absolute peace of mind.
"We ensure the stunning historic villa isn’t secretly located next to a noisy provincial highway."
While the digital landscape is often defined by fleeting aesthetics, we look deeper.
We vet the unphotographable reality of high-luxury service, ensuring that every recommendation is backed by forensic evidence, not just a curated frame.
The modern luxury traveler faces a unique set of challenges in Italy.
Historic cities are bowing under the weight of mass tourism. Navigating the country in style requires insider knowledge that no algorithm can replicate.
Through our Collective, we specialize in crafting rare, off-the-beaten-path itineraries, allowing our guests to connect with the authentic Soul of Italy.
Obsessed by Necessity.
As a boutique design studio, our obsession lies in the granular details.
Every facet of your journey is meticulously tailored to your personal rhythm.
This is why our design dialogues occasionally venture into the unconventional.
We may ask about your preferred morning pastry, or the exact floral arrangements your partner loves.
We do not intrude without purpose; we simply believe that true luxury is found precisely in these unscripted, invisible details.
“Beyond impeccable accommodations and personal touches, our true value lies within the BellaVita Collective.”
A guarded network of generational artisans, local guides, winemakers, and property owners cultivated over years of living and working in Italy.
From securing closed-door tastings at highly restricted Tuscan wine estates to arranging private dinners in historic Sicilian palazzos, we bypass the velvet rope to orchestrate rare, unrepeatable moments of cultural and personal connection.
A Note from the Founder
I founded Bellavita in 2024 with a specific client in mind.
It is for the traveler who demands excellence but values authenticity above all else.
After working all my life in Hospitality, the beating heart of the economy in the Dolomites, I saw an industry moving toward automation, where guests were treated as mere booking references handed off to distant, unprepared support and cold check-ins. I wanted to build the exact opposite.
My role is to be your advocate, your negotiator, and your architect.
I personally review every single itinerary that leaves our desk. My philosophy is simple:
“If I wouldn't send my own family to a property, I will never send you. “
But a successful luxury firm beats with a unified heart.
Behind every seamless transfer and exclusive dinner reservation is our dedicated team of Partners, on-the-ground hosts, and logistical experts. That is the true privilege of being a boutique firm, Accountability.
When you travel with us, you have our direct line. We stand behind our work, ensuring that your only job is to simply arrive and experience the Bella Vita.
— Simon, Founder & Lead Travel Designer
"What struck us most wasn't the villas or the private boats — it was the feeling that someone genuinely cared whether we were happy. Simon called us on day three just to adjust the pace. No agency has ever done that."
— L. & K. Van den Berg, Amsterdam · Amalfi & Sicily, September 2025

The Difference is in The Details
-
Because Amex calls a call center, we text the Owner.
Credit card concierges rely on global scripts and standardized inventory.
We rely on personal relationships. When a highly sought-after boutique hotel is listed as 'sold out' online, our physical presence and local connections can often unlock inventory that global algorithms simply cannot access.
-
The Collective is our highly vetted, private network of on-the-ground partners.
From private boat captains navigating the Amalfi coast to elite mountain guides in the Dolomites, these professionals are not mere 'vendors'—they are friends of the firm.
They understand intrinsically that a Bellavita client expects a vastly different level of recognition, privacy, and care, and they steadily provide.
-
We operate under the assumption that marketing materials can be deceiving.
Our team conducts on-site audits of our partner properties to evaluate the unphotographable details.
We assess acoustic insulation, service anticipation, the quality of linens, the presence of authentic generosity (avoiding venues that nickel-and-dime guests), and the exact distance from major transit routes.
If a property's service standards drop, they are immediately removed from our portfolio.
-
Yes.
Accountability is our cornerstone.
You will not be routed to a remote customer service desk in another time zone.
From the moment you land until your departure, our local team monitors your journey in real-time.
We anticipate weather shifts, manage your private drivers, and remain available via a dedicated direct line for any spontaneous requests.
-
While our heritage and primary expertise are rooted in the forensic knowledge of the Italian peninsula, our vision is expanding.
At the request of our clients, we are currently leveraging our 'Collective' network to bring the Bellavita standard of uncompromising care and authentic hospitality to select luxury destinations worldwide.
-
We understand that for our public-facing and ultra-high-net-worth clients, anonymity is the ultimate luxury.
When requested we operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and leverage our local influence to secure private property entrances, exclusive after-hours access to cultural sites, and entirely secluded estates.
This guarantees your Italian journey remains completely off the radar.
