A Note from the Founder
I founded Bellavita for travelers who want Italy planned with both cultural sensitivity and operational discipline.
Growing up around the hospitality rhythm of the Dolomites taught me that the success of a journey is rarely determined by one spectacular moment. It depends on the small decisions: the right room, the right driver, the right timing, the right pace, and the ability to solve problems before the guest feels them.
Bellavita was created to bring that standard of care to private travel across Italy.
My role is not simply to suggest places. It is to protect the structure of the journey: the logistical flow, the quality of the partners, the realism of the timing, the privacy of the guest, and the coherence of the experience from beginning to end.
Every itinerary we accept receives personal review. If I would not trust a property, partner, or arrangement for my own family’s comfort and safety, it does not belong in a Bellavita journey.

A beautiful property or experience is not enough. We look at communication, timing, access, privacy, service consistency, flexibility, and how each partner performs when plans change. The goal is not simply to recommend impressive places, but to build journeys that work in real life.

For journeys that include in-stay support, Bellavita provides a clear communication structure before arrival and remains available during the trip for timing, coordination, reservations, transfers, and reasonable adjustments.
You are not left to manage disconnected providers on your own. Our role is to keep the journey coherent while you are in Italy.

Bellavita is not built around one hotel chain, villa portfolio, or hospitality group.
Our recommendations are guided by suitability: location, service standard, privacy, room category, logistical fit, family needs, seasonal conditions, and the character of the journey. When commercial relationships or partner structures apply, they do not replace our obligation to recommend what is appropriate for the client.

When discretion is required, we design the journey with controlled communication, careful partner selection, appropriate confidentiality expectations, and privacy-conscious logistics.
Depending on the nature of the request, this may include secluded properties, discreet transfers, limited information sharing, private entrances where available, and coordination with trusted partners only where necessary. Privacy arrangements are always shaped around the client’s profile, destination, and practical requirements.
