Begin Planning Your Private Journey Through Italy

Bellavita designs private, tailor-made travel across Italy for couples, families, and private groups who value time, privacy, comfort, and local expertise.

From hotel and villa selection to private drivers, restaurant reservations, cultural access, wellness, family logistics, and in-stay support, we coordinate the details that make an Italian journey feel effortless.

What to Expect

We work with a limited number of clients each season so every itinerary receives careful attention before and during travel.

Share your preferences below, and our team will respond personally to understand your dates, destinations, travel style, and the level of support you would like in Italy.

01

Your Inquiry

Tell us where you would like to go, when you plan to travel, who is joining you, and what kind of experience you want Italy to become.

We review your request carefully and confirm whether Bellavita is the right fit for the journey, based on timing, complexity, availability, and the level of service required.

02

Private Discovery Call

If there is a strong fit, we arrange a private conversation with you, your assistant, or your family office.

This is where we understand your travel rhythm, hotel and villa preferences, privacy expectations, dining style, family needs, mobility considerations, and any special occasions we should design around.

03

Itinerary Design & Review

We create a tailored day-by-day proposal with recommended stays, transfers, experiences, dining, timing, and logistical flow.

Where availability is limited, we may place temporary holds through our partner network while you review the proposed direction and request refinements.

04

Confirmation & Travel Support

Once the itinerary is approved and the applicable design fee or deposit is confirmed, we finalize the arrangements through our licensed travel and hospitality partners.

Before departure, you receive a clear itinerary and support structure. During your journey, our Italy-based team remains available to assist with changes, timing, reservations, transfers, and local coordination.

What Our Clients Say

"Bellavita turned a loose idea of 'two weeks in Italy' into the most seamless, unforgettable trip our family has ever taken. Every detail was handled."
— M. & J. Hartley, Connecticut · Private Family Itinerary, 2024
"We've traveled extensively — Aman, Four Seasons, the usual circuit — but this was the first time someone truly understood what we wanted before we could articulate it. The villa they found us in Puglia wasn't in any guidebook."
— Dr. S. & R. Moretti, London · Anniversary Trip, 2025
"From the car waiting at Fiumicino to the private truffle hunt in Alba — everything unfolded effortlessly. We just lived the trip. They handled the rest."

Italy Awaits

Before You Inquire

  • For a multi-region private itinerary in Italy, we recommend beginning 3 to 6 months before travel, especially for peak periods such as summer, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and major events.

This gives us time to secure the right hotels, villas, drivers, restaurants, guides, boats, wellness appointments, and private experiences. Shorter trips may be possible with less notice when availability allows, but the best luxury arrangements in Italy are usually confirmed well in advance.

  • Yes. Bellavita focuses on the in-Italy experience: hotels, villas, private drivers, domestic transfers, restaurant reservations, cultural experiences, family logistics, wellness, boats, helicopters where appropriate, and support during the journey.

We are especially useful for travelers who want one coordinated plan rather than separate bookings managed across multiple providers. For international flights, visas, and travel insurance, we can coordinate with or recommend appropriate specialist partners.

  • Bellavita works with a transparent travel design fee for fully tailored itineraries. The fee depends on the complexity, duration, destinations, number of travelers, and level of support required before and during travel.

Simple hotel or villa requests may require a lighter scope. Multi-region journeys, family travel, private access, special events, yacht charters, and complex logistics require deeper planning. After reviewing your inquiry, we will clarify the appropriate structure before any work begins.

  • Yes, subject to availability, permissions, seasonality, and the nature of the request. Bellavita arranges private experiences such as after-hours cultural visits where permitted, private wine tastings, chef-led dining, artisan workshops, guided hikes, boats, wellness experiences, and access to places not normally found through standard booking platforms.

We never promise access that depends on institutional approval, private owners, weather, safety conditions, or local regulations, but we use our Italian network to create the most refined version possible.

  • Bellavita specializes in the Italian portion of your journey. Our core work covers where you stay, how you move, what you experience, where you dine, and how the itinerary flows once you are in Italy.

For international flights, visas, and travel insurance, we can coordinate with trusted specialist partners when needed. This allows us to stay focused on what we do best: creating and managing a private Italian travel experience with exceptional local precision.

  • Yes. Every itinerary is built around the specific needs of the travelers. We regularly plan for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, allergy-conscious, kosher-style, child-friendly, and wellness-oriented dining requirements.

We can also evaluate mobility needs, accessible transfers, suitable room categories, elevator access, walking distances, terrain, and the practical realities of historic Italian towns. For medical requirements or specialized care, we coordinate with appropriate licensed providers when requested.

  • Bellavita designs private travel throughout Italy, with particular strength in the Dolomites, Venice, Lake Como, Tuscany, Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Sicily, Sardinia, and the Italian Alps.

Because we are based in northern Italy and work through a selected network of local partners, we can combine regions into a coherent itinerary rather than treating each stop as a separate booking. This is especially useful for travelers moving between mountains, cities, countryside, islands, and coastlines.

  • Italy is Bellavita’s core expertise and the center of our work. When a journey naturally extends beyond Italy, we can also coordinate selected Mediterranean destinations through vetted partners, including parts of the South of France, Croatia, and Greece.

For most clients, Italy remains the foundation: the country where our local knowledge, partner network, logistical experience, and cultural access are strongest.
